The Order Process

• Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the goodies you've purchased.

• A follow up e-mail will be sent once we dispatch your order, letting you know it's on its way. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.

• Please allow approximately 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive, depending on the chosen service.

Good to Know

• Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

• Since we are currently an online-only company, we do not offer any Click & Collect options.

• At present we only offer shipping to addresses within the UK. We don't offer International delivery options.

• Deliveries may take slightly longer during busy sale periods. Although, we'll always keep you in the loop!

• Royal Mail, if you are not home when they attempt to deliver, will leave a red "Something For You" card. Take this, plus ID to your local sorting office to collect your parcel the next working day.
